Scam as we know it.... and those that we don't know

... Nowadays we have so many people who is trying to make money or becoming a millionaire by taking shortcuts or by doing almost close to nothing much except false hope.

    But what really intrigue me in most cases is that scam doesn't just comes in the forms of talking to you and then giving you a magic stone, and you giving them money for that magic stone. No actually that requires them to actually find a stone and clean up that stone before selling it to you. Which they have to carry that stone everywhere they go to even sell you that magic stone in the first place. Below are what scam in the old days looks like... where one sales man goes around and sell you a stone which claims to have healing power and/or whatever you want in life it can give you.

    Now if you look closely this stone are not really somewhat different from those stone which you can find from beaches or at the mountain sides. While the last or recorded event where magic stone salesman took their last victim are dated back in 2000 in South East Asia. I'm sure there are still places where this idea works as long as the victim have a believe that there is hope. They would still get scam.

    Fast forward to this day, magic stone might have been a dead end for scammers to continue. Surprisingly they are getting more and more evolved and we will look into various scam which exist in the current era and those that will come in your way in the future. Yes scam can be predicted based on trend. Because they don't want to steer too far away from it as every scam have a very good point in their pitch talk which makes it believable. And i once heard this word "You cannot scam an honest man", Key word here is honest. So if the guy is shy/kind/generous/friendly/confuse/... you get the drift. There is a chance that the scam will still work.

    Sometimes scammed victim only realized they are scam after awhile, when it's time to harvest their long patiently awaited result. And on special occasion the victim actually give themselves the reason why it didn't work out, while believing that something must have gone wrong. That's why it didn't work out as it should be.

    In my upcoming blog there will be multiple blog post of how, what and type of scam which is currently employed by individuals and organized group. I use the word organized group because the level of sophistication that goes into these are able to even convince accountants, doctors, engineers, and last but not least well educated individual who knows about scam and still get scammed. That's how good they are... and we will debunk them and make our world a better living place for our next generation and the generation to come.

    Because it would be very weird one day, to sit on a bench in a park when you are old. Just watching the birds and breathing that morning breeze, enjoying your days. Out of no where, BAM!!! some kid comes up and say "Uncle, can i interest you with some pack of fresh air?"
